The Executive Committee of the Malta Sports Journalist Association welcomes the twelve young people who have embarked on the AIPS Young Reporters Programme, which is currently being staged in Malta on the occasion of the UEFA Under-19 Championships Malta 2023. The Malta Sports Journalists Association wishes all the participants success in undertaking this immersion course and a pleasant stay on our island.

The AIPS Young Reporters Programme is undoubtedly a great opportunity for aspiring young sports reporters to gradually enter the sports media industry. The Malta Sports Journalists Association is also represented in the AIPS Young Reporters Programme by young, upcoming sports reporter Ryan Cauchi, who has been identified to participate in this programme.

The certificate presentation of the AIPS Young Reporters Programme Malta 2023 will be held on Saturday 15th July, where the presentation will be held by AIPS President Mr Gianni Merlo and AIPS Europe President Mr Charles Camenzuli, along with Malta Sports Journalists Association General Secretary Ms Lorraine Cunningham, who will be handing out the certificates of the successful candidates.

The AIPS Young Reporters Programme Malta 2023 is being mentored by Mr Riccardo Romani and Mr Martin Mazur.
