Photographic exhibition by local Sports Journalists Association

  The Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports (Sports Journalists Association) has announced that it will be organising a photographic exhibition with the collaboration of ILab Photo. Some of the best local sports photographers will be taking part in the exhibition, which is being held under the patronage of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr Angelo Farrugia. It is being held at Parliament House in Valletta between Tuesday 21st  February and Wednesday 8th  March. Seventy five photos are being exhibited. They were all taken by 11 photographers who are all members of the Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports (GħGS). The finalists of the Sport Malta Awards- Għazliet Sportivi Nazzjonali announced

The finalists of the Sport Malta Awards- Għazliet Sportivi Nazzjonali organised by SportMalta and Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports, were announced yesterday during a press conference held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre. For another consecutive year the event will be divided in 7 main categories and it will be aired LIVE on TVM 2 on Saturday 25th February from the Mediterranean Conference Centre. The winners will be selected through a live voting system by sports journalists representing the different media houses in Malta. This year’s edition that will recognize the achievements in the different levels of sports will comprise of the traditional below categories: Sportsman of the Year, Sportswoman of the Year, Team of the Year, Coach of the Year, Official of the Year, Male and Female Youth of the year and Award for the best initiative for the organization of an international event in Malta., Male and Female Special Olympics Award [...]

Saru magħrufa l-finalisti għall-edizzjoni ta’ din is-sena tal-iSport Malta Awards Għazliet Sportivi Nazzjonali, avveniment organiżżat b’mod konġunt minn SportMalta u l-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports. Il-finalisti tħabbru waqt attivita’ li saret it-Tnejn filgħaxija f’Dar il-Mediterran għall-konferenzi l-Belt Valletta u li ġiet indirizzata mis-Segretarju Parlamentari għar-Riċerka, Innovazzjoni, Żagħżagħ u Sport Chris Agius, iċ-Chairman ta’ SportMalta Dr Luciano Busuttil, il-Kap Eżekuttiv ta’ SportMalta Mark Cutajar u l-President tal-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports Charles Camenzuli. Charles Camenzuli a candidate for AIPS Europe Presidency

The Ghaqda Gurnalisti Sports (GHGS) has officially presented the candidature of its president Charles Camenzuli for the presidency of AIPS Europe. There are 49 associations affiliated with AIPS Europe which is a member of AIPS, the world body. Eventually, the candidature carries with it that of vice president of AIPS, the world body. Camenzuli at present is the secretary general of AIPS Europe. He had been elected to this post at the 2010 Congress in Antalya, Turkey. […]
