Malta Sports Journalists Association welcomes AIPS Young Reporters Programme in Malta

AIPS Young Reporters 2023 ‌

The Executive Committee of the Malta Sports Journalist Association welcomes the twelve young people who have embarked on the AIPS Young Reporters Programme, which is currently being staged in Malta on the occasion of the UEFA Under-19 Championships Malta 2023. The Malta Sports Journalists Association wishes all the participants success in undertaking this immersion course and a pleasant stay on our island.

The AIPS Young Reporters Programme is undoubtedly a great opportunity for aspiring young sports reporters to gradually enter the sports media industry. The Malta Sports Journalists Association is also represented in the AIPS Young Reporters Programme by young, upcoming sports reporter Ryan Cauchi, who has been identified to participate in this programme.

The certificate presentation of the AIPS Young Reporters Programme Malta 2023 will be held on Saturday 15th July, where the presentation will be held by AIPS President Mr Gianni Merlo and AIPS Europe President Mr Charles Camenzuli, along with Malta Sports Journalists Association General Secretary Ms Lorraine Cunningham, who will be handing out the certificates of the successful candidates.

The AIPS Young Reporters Programme Malta 2023 is being mentored by Mr Riccardo Romani and Mr Martin Mazur.

Il-Kumitat Eżekuttiv tal-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports jilqa’ lit-tnax-il żagħżugħ/a li qed jieħdu sehem fl-AIPS Young Reporters Programme, li qed isir bħalissa f’Malta fl-okkażjoni tal-UEFA Under-19 Championships Malta 2023. L-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports tawgura lill-parteċipanti kull suċċess f’dan il-kors kif ukoll btala pjaċevoli fi gżiritna.

L-AIPS Young Reporters Programme, bla dubju huwa opportunità kbira għal dawk il-ġurnalisti żgħażagħ li jkunu jixtiequ gradwalment jidħlu fl-industrija tal-ġurnaliżmu sportiv. L-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports hija rrappreżentata fl-AIPS Young Reporters Programme miż-żagħżugħ Ryan Cauchi, li t-tir tiegħu huwa li jsir ġurnalist sportiv u li huwa wieħed mill-parteċipanti f’dan il-programm.

Il-preżentazzjoni taċ-ċertifikati tal-AIPS Young Reporters Programme Malta 2023 se ssir is-Sibt, 15 ta’ Lulju, fejn ser jippreżentaw il-President tal-AIPS, is-Sur Gianni Merlo u l-President tal-AIPS Europe, is-Sur Charles Camezuli, flimkien mas-Segretarju Ġenerali tal-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports, is-Sinjura Lorraine Cunningham li se tkun qed tippreżenta ċ-ċertifikati lill-kandidati li jkunu temmew il-programm b’suċċess.
